These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between Epimonos and its customers. By using Epimonos Workspace you agree to these terms.
Epimonos provides the customer with a managed private AI workspace on a dedicated server hosted in the European Union. The service includes:
Epimonos aims for 99% monthly availability but does not guarantee this in the current phase.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on the website (excl. applicable local tax). Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the customer.
In the event of non-payment, Epimonos reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to Workspace.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled before the end of the subscription period; amounts already paid are non-refundable, unless the service is terminated by Epimonos.
After a minimum of 12 months of active subscription, the customer has the right to request their complete Workspace environment as an exportable package. Epimonos will deliver this package within 30 days of a written request to support@epimonos.com.
Epimonos is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss or loss of profits. Epimonos' total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid in the preceding three months.
Epimonos is not liable for damages resulting from the use of AI-generated output. The customer is responsible for reviewing and verifying output before use.
Epimonos treats all customer data confidentially. The server on which Workspace runs is exclusively assigned to the customer — Epimonos has no access to the content of conversations, documents or files, unless the customer explicitly requests it (e.g. for technical support).

Epimonos reserves the right to modify the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. If the customer objects, they may cancel their subscription effective from the date of change.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If not, the competent court in the district of [COURT DISTRICT] has exclusive jurisdiction.
